Since 2024, milli IC GmbH is an ASIC Design Service provider for state-of-the-art industrial high-frequency and millimeter-wave circuits in the frequency range of 3 to 300 GHz. For that we offer a wide access to modern CMOS and SiGe BiCMOS technologies from various international foundries and research institutes.

milli IC's technical expertise includes mmW radar transceivers, SiGe-based power amplifiers, beamforming ICs and other high-frequency building blocks. Additionally, milli IC is actively developing her own IP portfolio for these components.
