Background

Why Chip Connect BW?

… of the chips needed in Europe are imported – with an increasing trend. Baden-Württemberg wants to break this dependency through a high-performance semiconductor ecosystem. Chip Connect BW is the platform for translating research results into market-ready solutions – with a focus on AI, chiplets, and sustainable mobility.

Chip Connect BW is building a network that unites leading players from research, industry, and policy: the goal is to bring research results into application faster and to promote chip technologies "Made in The Länd."
